We welcome applications from all EAVDI members (practitioners and technicians) who are presenting a paper or poster at the annual meeting. Preference will be given to residents, interns and PhD students who are in a veterinary radiology training program.
Applications must be accompanied by a copy of the submitted abstract.
In addition, candidates must be members of EAVDI with up to date membership status.
The award can only be given once to the same person. The award will cover the cost of the early bird registration fee for the EVDI annual meeting. If you receive the award you will be responsible for sending your registration invoice to EAVDI to be reimbursed.
The Board will use the following criteria when determining recipients of the award: the candidate’s financial circumstances, reasons for applying, year of training, number of abstracts submitted, quality of the information provided and whether a presentation or a poster is presented.

The board have agreed to approve three travel awards for the 2024 EVDI Congress meeting in Athens.
