To become an EAVDI member please begin by downloading the following application form.
When completed it should be returned to the EAVDI secretary. If you are a live or work in the United Kingdom you will automatically be enrolled into the British and Irish Division (EAVDI-BID).
Forms regarding membership fee payment will be forwarded by the EAVDI treasurer once your application is succesfully processed.
